★ *About the Role: *

The Sales Closer is responsible for increasing revenue by enrolling students into one of our IT career training programs.

This will be done through 2 primary methods: outbound setting and inbound calls.

NOTE: This position is full-time and virtual, meaning you can work from anywhere. The team here at NGT Academy is located throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Responsibilities: You will be responsible for prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new students into the training program. As well as assisting with any defaulted payments, withdrawal requests and assisting the Student Success team as needed.

  • Enrolling: Calls will be conducted via Zoom, and it is your responsibility to enroll students into the program within KPI.
  • Consultative Selling: Address objections and emphasize significant ROI for our students, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Nurturing: You must track your pipeline of people who did not enroll on the first call, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
  • Defaults, refunds and student support: assist students and internal NGT Academy teams as needed.

  • Have less than 3 years of sales experience
  • Want a position for flexibility and travel freedom only
  • Aren’t willing to work 50-60 hrs/week if needed
  • Have no interest in continuing to train and improve your sales skills
  • Can’t take criticism or feedback

The Pay & Benefits:

  • Commission only – our sales reps make between $10k/mo-$20k/mo depending on the exact role they’re in
