The Role:

As our Product Manager, you'll be the captain of our Learning Management System, steering the product team. Your mission? To enhance our Learning Management System, making it the go-to platform for IT professionals worldwide. We're on the hunt for someone who's not just into the game but can also play it – a hands-on leader with a sharp, analytical mind and a customer-first mindset.

What You'll Do:

• Build the Dream Team: Assemble and lead a product team from the ground up. Find those gems.
• Strategize and Execute: Own the product roadmap. Prioritize features, plan releases, and ensure we hit our targets with precision.
• Obsess Over Customers: Immerse yourself in the user experience. Your mantra? "If our customers are happy, we're happy."
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use insights and analytics to guide your strategy, always aiming to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Be the Glue: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure our product not only meets but exceeds expectations.

What You'll Need:

• A Decade of Wisdom: 10+ years in the game, with experience in product management, ideally in the LMS or EdTech space.
• Customer Experience Fanatic: You understand that at the end of the day, it's all about how the customer feels.
