  • Oversee financial operations across diverse global manufacturing facilities to ensure operational effectiveness and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Lead strategic planning efforts, including capital investments and financial modeling, to foster long-term growth and profitability.
  • Manage the global consolidation of Operations Finance figures, ensuring accuracy and uniformity across various regions.
  • Support budgeting, cost performance analysis, and forecasting processes to facilitate informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Controllership team to ensure efficient and precise monthly financial closing procedures.
  • Provide financial leadership to operations teams, guiding them in reporting, performance analysis, and capital investment projects.
  • Deliver timely ad-hoc financial insights and analyses to promote operational excellence.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in finance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team setting.
