Elayan & Associates, PLLC is a client-centered mental health practice committed to providing accessible, high-quality therapy services. We are expanding our Telehealth team to meet the growing demand for evening and weekend sessions, ensuring clients receive care at times that fit their schedules.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Telehealth Therapist (Evenings & Weekends) at Elayan & Associates, PLLC. The Therapist will provide Telehealth counseling services during 2-3 evenings a week and weekends (Saturday morning or afternoon). The role involves conducting therapy sessions, assessing patient needs, and providing mental health support remotely.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active and valid license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist) in Illinois.
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience providing Telehealth therapy and using virtual platforms.
• Strong skills in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based approaches.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clinical excellence.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as primary availability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of mental health assessments and treatment
• Experience with diverse populations and cultural competency
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
