• Accurately transcribe audio recordings, adhering to specific style guides to produce verbatim transcripts.
• Process depositions, hearings, and various judicial proceedings with a strong emphasis on detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate remotely with our supportive in-office team, seeking guidance as necessary.
• Consistently meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality standards in all transcriptions.

• Demonstrated experience in legal transcription, court reporting, or scoping is essential.
• Exceptional listening skills and the ability to discern spoken content with precision.
• Strong proficiency in grammar, spelling, and overall literacy skills.
• Capability to work independently while maintaining effective remote collaboration.
• High typing proficiency in both speed and accuracy.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and the ability to process potentially sensitive content.
• Ability to succeed in a background check.

• Significant experience in legal transcription or court reporting is required.
