We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join a leading provider of customer support services based in London. Salary & Terms
- Salary between £25,000 - 28,000 gross per year depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Work from home

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
