As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be the go-to person for our clients’ questions and concerns. Your expertise in email and chat communication, paired with your ability to handle inbound calls, will help us maintain our reputation for top-notch customer service. What You’ll Do
- Engage with Customers: Provide excellent support through email, chat, and inbound calls, ensuring quick and effective resolutions
- Understand Client Needs: Build strong relationships by personalizing your approach to each interaction
- Troubleshoot with Precision: Diagnose and resolve client issues while ensuring their satisfaction
- Collaborate: Work closely with team members to share insights and develop innovative customer support strategies
- Improve Processes: Gather feedback to refine our services and identify areas for growth
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year in customer support or a similar role
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication abilities that convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with customer support platforms like Zendesk or Freshdesk (preferred) and proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets
- Composure: Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented, even under pressure
- Industry Insight: Knowledge of eCommerce and CRM systems is a plus
