Remote Medical Assistant at YOSH

Monroe Christian School in Naples, FL is looking for one remote medical assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient check-ins, collect medical histories, and update health records.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and managing patient reminders.
• Support telehealth services by preparing patient information for virtual consultations.
• Coordinate referrals, prescription requests, and lab orders as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide administrative support for patient care plans and treatment protocols.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent certification.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a medical assistant, preferably with telehealth experience.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual healthcare tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $22.00 - $35.00/hour.
