Phone Interviewer Trainee Position: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic phone sales individual to join our team as a candidate Interviewer. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to conduct interviews with candidates who have applied for various positions. This is a position that requires you to be experienced working remotely with the following requirements-high speed Internet, computer or laptop and telephone with Unlimited Service.

This requires a high volume of calling and texting so you need to be comfortable making over 200-300 calls everyday

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct phone interviews with candidates for various positions.
• High volume calls a day to pre-screen applicants and assess their qualifications.
• Utilize a structured interview guide to evaluate candidate fit and gather essential information..
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort and confidence in speaking on the phone for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• A positive attitude and a passion for connecting with people.
