Part-Time Amazon Account Specialist

Job Summary

Peak Capital is seeking a part-time Amazon Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, optimizing product listings, and running PPC campaigns. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Oversee and manage Amazon Seller Central accounts, ensuring optimal performance and growth. Currently listing 30 products in two accounts, 4 sales per week. It could grow to 200 products in two accounts.
  • Hours: 1-4 hours per week. Flexible on the days and times hours are completed.
  • Product Listings: Create, optimize, and manage product listings to improve visibility and sales.
  • Advertising: Develop and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) to drive traffic and sales.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze sales data, advertising performance, and other key metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with Amazon's policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years previous experience in Amazon Seller Central and FBA required.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Time Management: Be self-motivated and have consistency in completing tasks.
  • Position is Contract work as a 1099 vendor, not as an employee.
