Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing friendly and professional assistance with inquiries, policy updates, and claims processing.
  • Proactively reach out to existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities to enhance coverage or save on premiums.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to explain policy features, coverage options, and billing processes to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when updating client information, processing policy changes, and maintaining accurate records in the agency management system.
  • Actively listen to client feedback and take appropriate actions to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with insurance agents and other team members to identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional products or services to clients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing paperwork, processing payments, and organizing office supplies.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Active 220 or 440 Insurance License
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and terminology is a plus.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.
