Job Summary: We’re hiring a Customer Service and Sales Representative to assist clients with their insurance needs while guiding them through personalized coverage options. This is a remote position where you'll handle inbound inquiries, work with warm leads, and provide a seamless client experience. You’ll combine customer service with consultative sales—no cold calling required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom

• Educate clients on insurance options that meet their needs

• Provide support throughout the application process

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and coverage understanding

• Track all communication and sales activity using CRM tools

• Meet individual performance and client satisfaction goals
