Experienced Virtual Assistant for Squarespace edits, email marketing, customer service, admin tasks
In the short term, I'm looking for help with some Squarespace mobile edits for some pages that are already fully designed on desktop. For this initial project, I'd like to work with someone who is willing to do an hour of work and then check in with me (since we've never worked together before) so I can give feedback and decide if we want to move forward working together.
Over the long term I'll need help 3-5 hours a week on various tasks including: additional Squarespace mobile edits, trimming and uploading Zoom calls to various platforms, replying to emails in a personable and thoughtful way, copy/pasting and formatting emails in Active Campaign, and other misc VA type tasks.
Ultimately, I'd love to work with someone who is warm and personable and communicates with clarity. We (my business partner and I) would love to develop a long term relationship with someone who wants a few hours a week of ongoing work and someone with experience who we can turn to for technical/marketing support.
