By creating and testing real-world scenarios, you know how to help our government clients prepare for emergencies and enhance continuity of operations plans.As an exercise planner on our team, you’ll develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients, identifying lesson learned and areas for improvement that compliment emergency management and continuity of operations activities. The world can’t wait.You Have:8+ years of experience developing and leading test, training, and exercise programs in support of continuity of operations or emergency management activitiesKnowledge of federal continuity and emergency management test, training, and exercise directivesAbility to work with subject matter experts and senior leadership to develop comprehensive continuity and emergency management training and exercisesTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphBachelor’s degreeNice If You Have:Experience leading government exercise in the Intelligence CommunityHomeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSSEP) or Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP) CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
