- Providing friendly and efficient chat support to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs.
- Engaging with potential customers, showcasing our services and encouraging sales through great conversations.
- Utilizing chat tools to ensure seamless communication and quick responses.
- Making personalized recommendations and upselling products where appropriate.
- Diving into data entry and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills that engage and inform.
- Ability to handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously.
- Solid computer skills, navigating different platforms with ease.
- Passion for helping others and creating positive customer experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible schedule availability to support our dynamic customer base.
- Full time. 40 hours per week schedule with overtime opportunities!
