We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated On Site/Off Site Data Entry Operator to join our team.Job Overview:As an On Site/Off Site Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems and databases. You will be working with large amounts of data and ensuring its integrity and quality, while meeting tight deadlines. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in data entry and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:- Accurately enter data into designated databases and systems- Verify and correct any discrepancies or errors in data- Perform regular data quality checks and ensure data integrity- Organize and file physical and digital data as needed- Keep track of all data entry activities and report on progress- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks- Notify managers of any data-related issues and suggest process improvements- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data at all times- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all timesQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Proven experience in data entry or related field- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Team player with a positive attitude- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of data- Flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlinesWorking Conditions:This position can be either On Site or Off Site, depending on the needs of the company and the candidate's preference. On Site Data Entry Operators will work in a fast-paced office environment, while Off Site Data Entry Operators will work remotely from their own computer and internet connection. Both positions may involve prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
