Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Apply strong analytical reasoning to understand end user's requirements and transforms them into operational application.- Deliver results after thorough research of functional needs by collaborating and communicating with various stakeholders, both internal and external to the company.- Extract, analyze, and report data to support program activity and assist in management decision making.- Audit, evaluate, track, and report program implementation and project activity for Quality Assurance and contract compliance purposes.- Design, develop, test and deploy new Smartsheet solutions as required to meet business needs.- Maintain and support existing Smartsheet solutions, including modifications, enhancements and performance optimization- Collaborate with multiple product teams, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to learn and adapt to new software platforms.- Manage solution backlog and prioritize items with management to ensure continued alignment with business objectives.- Manage system changes as requested by end users and clients, including documentation and communication of changes.- Provide project oversight for systems enhancements, change requests and testing.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop strategic and tactical reporting solutions that address current and future needs.- Create ad-hoc reports and dashboards to maintain and analyze key data, providing insights for decision-making.- Prepare and deliver solution demos and training to internal customers and executives as needed.- Manage access controls and permissions for Smartsheet workspaces, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy policies.- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Smartsheet solution design, configuration, and end-user instructions.- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Smartsheet solution functionality and performance, escalating as needed and communicating resolutions. - Maintain updated knowledge of Smartsheet capabilities through available training, community engagement and continuous learning- Performs other duties as assigned by management.Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in related field. - 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required.- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.-2+ years of demonstrated experience using Smartsheet, with a strong emphasis on premium features such as Data Shuttle, Calendar, DataMesh, Dynamic View, and WorkApps. - Proficient in Smartsheet for solution development and reporting- Smartsheet Product Certification or willingness to obtain within six months of hire- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools- Understanding of database structures and relational principles- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, etc.)- Awareness of data privacy and security best practices- Strong collaboration and consensus-building abilities- Independent, innovative thinker with a problem-solving mindset- Skilled in operational analysis and driving process efficiency- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skillsPreferred Requirements- Bachelors degreeHome Office Requirements- Maximus provides company-issued computer equipment- Reliable high-speed internet service*Minimum 20 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity*Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds- Private and secure workspaceEEO StatementMaximus is an equal opportunity employer.
