(Fort Worth, TX 76109) Pay: $19 20/hour depending on experience Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Duration: Temp-to-HireROLE IMPACT The Revenue Cycle Analyst plays a critical role in supporting healthcare reimbursement accuracy. This position ensures proper repricing of claims through thorough analysis, identification of variances, and correction of billing or contractual errors, contributing directly to financial recovery outcomes and operational efficiency.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze and reprice healthcare claims based on contractual and payer guidelines Maintain and adjust pricing structures to ensure accuracy and competitiveness Conduct reimbursement variance analysis and identify payment errors Prepare and present reports on revenue cycle data trends and discrepancies Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing protocols and support issue resolutionMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of experience in claims repricing, pricing configuration, or provider maintenance High school diploma or equivalent required Strong knowledge of CMS and ICD-10 coding guidelines Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailCORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Familiarity with billing platforms and healthcare data systems Internet and Windows OS proficiencyPREFERRED SKILLS Understanding of DRG validation Ability to interpret federal and state billing regulations Experience producing variance and trend analysis reportsLegal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
