Our projects range from processing-intensive analytics and novel algorithm development to manipulating extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems.Application Process: Interested candidates should submit their resume detailing their qualifications and experience.Security Clearance Requirements:This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph. Responsibilities:
  • Understand user needs and design software to meet them.
  • Fix bugs in existing software.
  • Suggest ways to improve documentation and development processes.
  • Create new software or add features to existing software.
  • Integrate software into new or existing systems.
  • Write simple data queries.
  • Write or review software documentation.
  • Lead a team or work as part of a team, depending on your experience.
  • Design or implement complex database queries.
  • Develop algorithms to meet performance standards.
  • Help develop and run tests for software components.
  • Analyze system performance and work with users or engineers to find solutions.
  • Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve performance.
  • Use scientific analysis and math models to design software.
  • Ensure team products meet quality standards.
  • Recommend new technologies and processes.
  • Lead or support multiple software development teams.
  • Choose the best development process with the customer and system engineers.
  • Ensure all software meets quality standards.
  • Delegate tasks to teams and monitor their performance.
Qualifications:Entry Level Software Engineer:
  • No demonstrated experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Four (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Junior Software Engineer:
  • Seven (7) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Four (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
