This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven technical leader who wants to be hands-on with the ability to establish goals, create plans, and deliver the AI adoption and innovation.This position will work closely with Product Management, Software Engineering, and QA to lead AI-driven initiatives. You will strive to keep the team focused on AI innovation while reducing obstacles that impede progress. Our ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be process-driven, inquisitive, and be able to implement cutting-edge AI technologies independently. Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead the development of AI-powered loan processing automation and risk assessment models.
- Design scalable, high-performance microservices and APIs using C#, JavaScript (React), and SQL/NoSQL.
- Implement AI/ML models in production environments and optimize MLOps practices.
- Drive AI-powered fraud detection mechanisms.
- Enhance and scale CI/CD pipelines with AI-driven testing, security, and deployment optimization.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Work closely with product management and leadership to define AI-driven innovation strategies.
- Lead cross-team collaboration for AI adoption across the platform.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for integration.
- 6+ years of experience in full stack software engineering.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in C#, JavaScript (React), and SQL/NoSQL.
- Strong experience in one of the following AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, Amazon SageMaker).
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS).
- Advanced expertise in MLOps, AI-driven CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience leading technical teams and AI-focused initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
