Job title: Parent Educator in Westminster, CO at Bright Horizons Family Solutions Company: Bright Horizons Family Solutions Job description: Step into a role as a Parent Educator at Bright Horizons where you will produce and present parenting webinars and workshops for parents and caregivers of children ages 0-8 years-old, and aid in the creation of resources (articles, scripts) related to child development and general parenting support. With a strong understanding of child development and early education theory, you will create parenting support resources that are empathy-driven, solution-oriented, and research-based. Some travel may be required for in-person events.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in related field: family studies, child development, psychology, education, social work - RequiredMaster’s degree preferred in related field: family studies, child development, psychology, education, social work;3 years Past experience in developing and facilitating adult learning and training - RequiredAdditional Job RequirementsDemonstrated public speaking skills in live, in-person, and virtual spacesStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsBasic computer software skills in Microsoft Office applicationsBackground in early childhood educationSalary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures:The hourly starting salary for this position is $34/hr.
