This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys travel, and is passionate about delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule standards.
• Develop and execute site logistics and safety plans.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and coordinate with subcontractors and consultants.
• Manage RFIs, CCDs, bulletins, and addendums throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track labor hours, equipment usage, and material deliveries.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct on-site safety orientations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain and update project schedules.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Monitor construction budgets and submit invoices promptly.
• Coordinate inspections, procure blueprints, and manage third-party testing agencies.
• Oversee a variety of projects including remodels, rebuilds, and ground-up construction.
• Review subcontractor safety manuals and perform erosion control inspections.

QualificationsRequired:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification and Fall Protection Training.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively and stay overnight as needed.

Preferred:

• Experience managing projects valued between $7M–$15M.
• Familiarity with Autodesk software.
• Background in commercial, educational, recreational, retail, and ground-up construction.
