- Requirements Gathering & Documentation – Leading the creation of BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and process diagrams.
- Business Process Analysis – Conducting workflow reviews and systems analysis to define functional and technical needs.
- Agile/Scrum Collaboration – Participating in all Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
- Data Analysis & Visualization – Cleaning, testing, and analyzing data to support application functionality and insights.
- Application Development Support – Working closely with architects, developers, and QA to ensure accurate delivery of features.
- Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Conduct gap and impact analysis on existing systems and proposed application features.
- Create BRDs, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and flow diagrams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA to support application implementation.
- Ensure project activities align with security policies and industry standards.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract business insights.
- Present analytical findings using visualization tools and techniques.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst on IT application development projects.
- Proven experience documenting business requirements and analyzing complex systems and workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working on cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with DevOps environments and CI/CD practices.
- Industry certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum credentials.
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementation or custom builds.
