We have a fantastic opportunity for a Front Desk Receptionist.Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands...Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will have the opportunity to work on a team of bright individuals dedicated to delivering a wide range of comprehensive security products to our customers.This will be an onsite position, based out of Kennesaw, GA.What you will do…

• Answer all incoming phone calls, prioritize customer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate teams
• Ensure that all customer concerns are addressed by the relevant departments.
• Serve as the customer service champion for PTI
• Welcome all office visitors, clients, and attendees for company events
• Oversee and maintain the organization of the front desk area
• Collect, sort, and distribute all mail, packages, and front-office deliveries
• Provide administrative support to team members as needed
• Assist various departments, including Operations, Finance, Sales, HR, and R&D when necessary
• Conduct occasional office tours
• Support the planning and execution of office events and functions as required

• Demonstrates ownership and accountability in all tasks, consistently delivering results on time.
• Effective communicator, both in writing and verbally, across various platforms including phone, email, and formal correspondence.
• Capable of collaborating successfully with all team members across different departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is preferred.
