If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Project Manager - Infrastructure/Networking) - Bilingual in Spanish - REMOTE to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).Day-to-Day Responsibilities:· Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, server, and networking projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope execution.· Serve as the primary point of contact between U.S. stakeholders and Spanish-speaking teams in LATAM or other global regions.· Manage cross-functional technical teams, including system engineers, network admins, and security specialists.· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports using tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar.· Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, data center migrations, server builds, and network refresh initiatives.· Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly client meetings, and executive status reviews—delivering clear bilingual communication.· Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, IT security guidelines, and change management processes.· Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance tracking, and SLA enforcement.· Identify and mitigate project risks while driving continuous process improvement.· Translate technical jargon into business-friendly language and vice versa to align teams across cultural and linguistic boundaries.Basic Qualifications:· 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure/Networking project management.· 5+ years understanding of data center technologies, server/storage systems, and enterprise networks.· Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).· 3+ years experience working with LATAM teams or clientsWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948 - $164,476. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
