As a Senior Design Manager at Front, you'll lead a group of talented product designers based in San Francisco and oversee key product surfaces: Core Product Experience, Chat, Knowledge Base, and Design Systems.You'll be responsible for raising the bar of design craft and coaching your team to deliver intuitive, polished, and scalable user experiences. This is a highly cross-functional role: you'll work closely with PMs, engineers, and leaders not just in SF, but across our Paris and LatAm hubs.
