- Contracts management and support.
- Source to contract procurement process support including RFPs, data, and audits
- Maintain internal repository of agreements and negotiation results.
- Support supplier management and savings tracking.
- MS GO program management support.
- Hotel program support (eg bid analysis, operational audits).
- Specialty travel program (eg white glove service desk).
- Group booking program (develop into SME on processes and tools).
- Internal procurement tools expert.
- Learn and own key procurement tools for contract storage, RFPs, sustainability, data, supplier onboarding, etc.
- Data and analytics.
- Data entry for key metrics and insights.
- Ability to review data and identify high level trends / KPIs.
- Additional scope and support as needed / assigned.
- College student or newly graduated candidate seeking corpoXX experience for 6m+ commitment.
- Self-starter comfortable working within a remote working environment.
- Interested in pursuing a career in Procurement, Program Candidateagement, Hospitality or Travel industries.
- Comfortable with a fast paced, multi-project environment.
- Proactive and capable to work independently on projects and in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Go-getter personality.
- Eager to learn and grow long term with the company.
- Ability to follow process steps per internal compliance requirements.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
- Advanced skills with PowerPoint preferred.
- CorpoXX experience preferred.
- Reporting and data analytics experience (eg PowerBI, Domo) a plus.
