We also use applied technology expertise to serve the defense, entertainment, material handling, aerospace, science, and renewable energy industries.Position SummaryAs an intern with our Client Services IT group, you will assist the IT department with internal customer support and contribute to company-wide initiative projects.This role is based in Morgan City, LA, and requires a daily on-site work schedule; it is not a remote position. This is a paid summer internship program starting in late of May and running through August.Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide internal customer support for IT-related matters.
• Assist in the preparation and deployment of computers with Windows 11.
• Maintain accurate records of computer inventory and deployment status.
• Ensure all necessary software and drivers are installed and configured correctly. Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
• Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications.
• Monitor and manage the ticketing system to ensure all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transition for all IT services and process.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support organizational objectives.

QualificationsREQUIRED:

• Student currently pursuing an undergraduate degree at an accredited University
• Basic understanding of computer systems and software applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• No relocation or housing assistance is being offered.
