Job description: We are working with an enterprise healthcare client that has an immediate need for a Payroll Director to support the team with some special projects. Oracle Fusion experience is REQUIRED.This fully remote Payroll leader will support the executive leadership and transformation team in process optimization, and sepcial projects (managing ticketing/backlog queue, payroll compliance reporting). In addition, this person will serve as a consultative layer of support in driving improvements in all aspects of payroll (compliance, processing, reporting) during a large system implementation.Requirements:
- 2+ years of Oracle Fusion experience is REQUIRED
- Proven experience leading the payroll function in an enterprise organization
- Nice to haves: healthcare and/or UKG timekeeping
- Proven ability to support across transformations and special projects, with willingness to be hands-on in the day to day when/if needed
- Readily available and able to commit to 6 months
- EST/CST preferred
