As a patient-facing caregiver, you'll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance. Patient Service Specialists work in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more.Swedish Medical Group (SMG) provides an extensive range of ambulatory services to patients throughout the Puget Sound. Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
