- Handle in-person, phone, email, and live-chat inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Advise customers on flooring options, installation services, and maintenance care to ensure informed purchasing.
- Process online orders, returns, and exchanges in NetSuite; liaise with warehouse and shipping teams for seamless fulfillment.
- Manage inquiries and resolve issues on Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and other third-party channels.
- Qualify and pursue sales leads generated through eCommerce platforms to drive revenue growth.
- Schedule LTL shipments, coordinate drop-ship orders, and file carrier claims for damaged or lost items.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with a strong service orientation.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic eCommerce environment.
- Experience with Intercom, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Amazon, eBay, or other online marketplaces is a plus.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs when handling samples or coordinating shipments.
- Eager to learn new tools, processes, and take on expanded responsibilities.
