Job title: Data Capture Operator (WFH) in Fort Wayne, IN at Strata Information Technology Company: Strata Information Technology Job description: $28 per hourAs a Remote Data Capture Operator, you will be responsible for accurately capturing and organizing data from various sources, ensuring the integrity and quality of our clients' information.Key Responsibilities:- Utilize specialized software and tools to capture and enter data from various sources accurately.- Organize and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data in a timely manner.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and quality across all projects.- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies at all times.- Keep track of project timelines and meet deadlines accordingly.- Provide regular updates on data capture progress to supervisors and team members.- Continuously look for ways to improve data capture processes and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.- Experience in data entry, data management or a similar role.- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.- Proficient in using data capture software and tools.- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Understanding of data protection laws and regulations.- Familiarity with programming languages is a plus.
