  • As a scheduler, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by ensuring all work is coordinated on a weekly basis across all shifts in maintenance.
  • This will be done through SAP, and it is your responsibility to work closely with the planner and part coordinator to schedule the assigned work to the mechanics.
  • Keep track of mechanics kronos vs SAP labor utilization
  • Scheduling down day work for mechanics
  • Scheduling weekly pm’s and work orders to mechanics
  • Reporting on part utilization weekly
  • Reporting weekly completion rate of pm’s for all mechanics
  • Working close with part coordinator on kitting and assigning work.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma required (college degree preferred)
  • SAP knowledge for scheduling
  • Ability to work rotating schedule
  • Ability to detail plan and schedule internal resources and contractors necessary to complete the required work
  • Able to define and articulate plans and scope; schedule, set goals, determine priorities, and meet target dates
  • Ability to get along with all groups of people to drive results
  • Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others, effective coaching, leading a team-based approach to decision-making
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Safe driving record strongly preferred
