Responsibilities
- As a scheduler, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by ensuring all work is coordinated on a weekly basis across all shifts in maintenance.
- This will be done through SAP, and it is your responsibility to work closely with the planner and part coordinator to schedule the assigned work to the mechanics.
- Keep track of mechanics kronos vs SAP labor utilization
- Scheduling down day work for mechanics
- Scheduling weekly pm’s and work orders to mechanics
- Reporting on part utilization weekly
- Reporting weekly completion rate of pm’s for all mechanics
- Working close with part coordinator on kitting and assigning work.
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800.

- High School diploma required (college degree preferred)
- SAP knowledge for scheduling
- Ability to work rotating schedule
- Ability to detail plan and schedule internal resources and contractors necessary to complete the required work
- Able to define and articulate plans and scope; schedule, set goals, determine priorities, and meet target dates
- Ability to get along with all groups of people to drive results
- Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others, effective coaching, leading a team-based approach to decision-making
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Safe driving record strongly preferred
