The Licensed Sports team is responsible for retail partnerships and selection expansion with professional leagues like the NFL, NBA, WNBA, and NHL, as well as collegiate properties. It is a fast-growing and strategically important business within Amazon Stores. We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our team.Key job responsibilities

• Continually improving the customer journey from discover to purchase for customer interested in licensed sports products or on a licensed sporting shopping mission;
• Collecting insights on customers, sports teams, and industry trends to support data-based decision-making;
• Working cooperative within the team and across stakeholder to define and implement an evolving product roadmap;
• Collaborating with category teams and other internal and external partners to define and deliver the product vision; and
• Authoring complete and detailed product requirements, ensuring the clear communication of those requirements to the business, design, and development teams.

This person will provide thought leadership in building a successful licensed sports business that meets fans where they are and redefines the customer experience in the industry. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
