UI/UX Design Manager

(Remote Work – Egypt Only)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and creative UI/UX Design Manager to lead our design team and shape the overall visual and user experience across our digital products and marketing assets. In this role, you will guide and mentor a team of designers, collaborate closely with product and marketing teams, and ensure a consistent, user-centric design approach aligned with our brand and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the UI/UX design team, providing direction, feedback, and professional development.

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to define the design vision, strategy, and execution roadmap.

• Oversee the full design lifecycle from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality output that meets user needs and business objectives.

• Conduct and supervise UX research to identify user needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities.

• Develop and enforce design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

• Review and approve wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and final visual designs.

• Evaluate user feedback and analytics to inform design decisions and continuously improve UX.

• Ensure cross-functional collaboration and clear communication of design vision and rationale to stakeholders.

• Champion a design-thinking culture and advocate for the user in all product and business discussions.

• 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

• Proven track record of managing design teams and delivering impactful user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

• Strong portfolio showcasing design leadership in user interface design, UX strategy, and design systems.

• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Proficient in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.

• Experience working with agile product development teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide others in tackling design challenges.

• Experience in branding and visual design is a plus.
