Call Centerl Represenative (Remote)
If you have excellent customer service and communication skills and would like a fully remote opportunity, we want to talk to you! This leader in shareholder communications has an opportunity for Call Center Representatives to make outbound calls to confirm information. Must have Salesforce experience This is a temporary role for approximately 8+ weeks. What you need to know:
- Starting Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr
- Hours: 11 am-7 pm EST, Monday through Friday
- 100% Remote role
- Temporary position to start either the week of May 15th or May 22nd and lasting approximately 8+ weeks
What you need to apply:
- 1+ years of prior experience in customer service (via phone or in person) role
- Salesforce experience
- The ability to communicate effectively. Be clear and concise.
- A computer
- Patience
- Enthusiasm
A typical day as a Call Center Representative might include:
- Place outbound calls to shareholders or members to confirm votes and/ or answer any questions shareholder/s may have.
- Follow the script to ensure compliance.
- Submit accurate and comprehensive call history for each account.
- Meet quality assurance requirements and time metrics.
- Will eventually receive inbound calls from shareholders and members.
