The Social Media Moderator adds value to our Partners and Friends by engaging in faith-based interactions through responses to prayer requests, service questions, testimonies, and product orders.Job TypeFull-timePrimary Duties and ResponsibilitiesRespond to Partners and Friends via social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.Develop and implement social media strategies through research, platform selection, benchmarking, messaging, and audience targeting.Monitor online activity related to primary social media accounts.Identify opportunities with influencers to enhance brand awareness.Communicate effectively, maintaining proper online etiquette and a caring tone.Perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Experience with social media platforms.Strong writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.Team-oriented, detail-focused, and dependable.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, proactive in approach.Knowledge of customer service principles.Availability to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAt least 1 year of social media moderation experience with proficient typing skills.Excellent written communication skills.Organized and able to work independently.Capable of representing KCM professionally in all communications.Willing to travel to KCM events as required.Physical and Mental DemandsLift up to 30 lbs.Sit for extended periods.Work overtime as needed.Normal hearing and vision required.Work scheduled shifts of approximately 9.38 hours.Contribute positively to the work environment.Adapt to changing situations.Apply new ideas effectively.Maintain focus in an active environment.Exercise good judgment, patience, and discernment with moderate supervision.Working ConditionsStandard office, event, or church environment.Other RequirementsMust be a born-again believer adhering to the doctrines upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland.Work well with others, avoiding dissension and division.Maintain good attendance.Exhibit diplomacy, maturity, and excellent communication skills due to extensive contact with ministry leaders.Ability to work with diverse cultures. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply Job!
