Professional System Engineer

Job Description: JOB TITLE: Professional System Engineer REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker* • Office Worker: In office position with work from home allowed, i.e. flex or hybrid worker JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard Street, Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] DUTIES: Oversee Salesforce CRM UI, backend web-services, and functional, integration, and end-to-end testing. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the Agile team. Work with Page Object Model, BDD Cucumber and Keyword driven frameworks on Selenium and coded UI. Identify, document, and create functionality that aligns with product and capability definitions laid out by product managers. Develop and design testing program strategies for Salesforce systems. Create Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Scripts, and Test Reports for Manual tests. Assist the QA team with the quality and availability of Salesforce test environments. Develop test strategies to ensure features and stories meet acceptance criteria. Enhance QA methodologies for testing, defect management, and tool supporting processes. Develop strategies that improve the Salesforce production process. Oversee the test execution process and project the status of Salesforce products under development. Utilize Agile-Scrum (SAFE) and Waterfall models. Perform functional testing, UI testing, Mobile testing, system testing, E2E testing, integration, performance and regression testing. Track customer facing issues using Agile tracking tools. Work with software programming languages including Selenium, Java, C#, Salesforce, Zuora, Automation, Integration, Performance and Functional Testing, Visual Studio, and SQL. REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electronic Engineering and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, or three (3) years of experience in a related occupation working with Page Object Model, BDD Cucumber and Keyword driven frameworks on Selenium and coded UI; creating Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Scripts, and Test Reports for Manual tests; utilizing Agile-Scrum (SAFE) and Waterfall models; performing functional testing, UI testing, Mobile testing, system testing, E2Etesting, integration, performance and regression testing; and working with software programming languages including Selenium, Java, C#, Salesforce, Zuora, Automation, Integration, Performance and Functional Testing, Visual Studio, and SQL.
