We are now seeking a Virtual Chat Support Help Agent to join our dynamic team, engaging with our valued customers and providing exceptional service in the mechanical and industrial engineering sector. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via virtual chat and provide effective solutions.
• Assist customers with product information, service inquiries, and troubleshooting queries.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services, products, and policies to better assist customers.
• Document all interactions and keep detailed records of customer inquiries and issues using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate issues when necessary and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and follow up on open inquiries to ensure timely resolution and closure.
• Provide feedback on common customer issues to assist in improving our service and support processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer support or similar role, preferably in a mechanical or industrial engineering setting.
• Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and engaging tone.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to address customer needs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and chat support software is preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
