Remote Call Center Agent – Appointment Setter

- High-Volume Outbound Calls – Engage commercial and residential property owners to schedule appointments.
- Phone Sales & Lead Generation – Convert warm and cold leads into quality appointments.
- Overcoming Objections – Confidently handle objections and provide detailed information on services.
- Collaboration – Work closely with team leads to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified appointments.
- Continuous Learning – Enhance performance through coaching, training, and feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in phone sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Experience in real estate or solar cold calling (preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- CRM proficiency to manage leads and track performance
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
