CFE employees have the flexibility to focus on their family or other life matters. CFE Employees can set appointments, attend special events (such as a child's school event), or volunteer during the day, and work hours around these events. CFE asks employees, how many hours per week do you want to work. For instance, if you wish to work 25 hours a week, you can set a daily schedule that fits your needs. For example, you can choose to work at 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday - Friday or 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM. If you have events or something scheduled, work around it and adjust your schedule. We do like employees to establish a schedule that includes working each business day of the week. Experience in A/R preferred, but will consider other business experience such as A/P, purchasing, sales or customer service. Only those willing to truly commit to a job should reply. The position is A/R Specialist. The A/R Specialist perform their duties during standard business hours. The position starts at $15.00 - $18.00 an hour with annual increases. CFE performs our service for reputable companies ranging from small/mid-sized to Fortune 500. These companies sell their products and services to other businesses. We are not as a third-party collection agency and do not work consumer receivables. We have a structured approach and system in which our employees are trained to follow. The position is a real job and a paycheck is earned (vs. an independent contractor or a "work from home opportunity" often advertised on the internet). That said, employees are required to perform their necessary duties daily M-F and work the hours in which they commit. Working is not "optional", as some believe a work from home job may be.
