One of our companies is currently looking for a Training and Development Manager in the United States. We are seeking a dynamic Training and Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of employee learning programs that foster growth and skill development across the organization. This remote-based role will focus on identifying training needs, creating engaging learning materials, and evaluating program effectiveness. You’ll collaborate closely with managers and HR staff to implement tailored development strategies while promoting a strong learning culture. From onboarding initiatives to continuous professional development, your efforts will directly support talent retention and operational excellence. Occasional travel will be required for key events and meetings. Accountabilities:

  • Assess training needs annually and align programs with strategic business goals.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training and development initiatives across departments.
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching to managers and team leaders.
  • Oversee and leverage digital training platforms and learning technologies.
  • Organize logistics and materials for in-person and virtual employee development events.
  • Maintain internal communication channels to promote available learning opportunities.
  • Conduct post-training evaluations and adjust programs based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure learning initiatives support organizational culture and goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and delivering employee training programs.
  • Preferred certifications: CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance), SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficiency with modern training platforms, including e-learning and multimedia tools.
  • Strong research and evaluation skills to identify and implement training alternatives.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively across teams.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of $80,000 – $115,000
