General Laborer - Entry Level

Responsibilities
- Entry Level General Laborer to work with an Experienced Technician.
- Assists in servicing existing pool cover and repair problems.
- Assists with installing pool cover on new and existing pools.
Qualifications
- No experience necessary.
- Current MA driver's license and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to our facility located in Rochester, MA.
- Good work ethic and self-motivated.
- Experience in the repair industry, construction, automotive, electrical, or HVAC is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Typical start time 7AM
- Typical end time 6PM
- Some heavy lifting is required.
- Will be bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, sitting, standing, and walking daily.
- Techs will be working outside each day including summer months.
- Willing and able to work 10+ hour days Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays will be required).
- Daily travel and occasional travel to Marthas Vineyard or Nantucket (paid and in a company vehicle)
- Two man crew in fully equipped company vehicle.
