About the position As a Driver Merchandiser at ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, you will play a crucial role in delivering happiness to our customers across a specific route, ensuring that products are delivered On Time and In Full. This position is not just about driving; it involves merchandising, displaying, and rotating products according to company standards. You will be the face of our brand, acting as an Ambassador for the world's most recognized brand to customers and consumers alike. Your responsibilities will include invoicing and collecting amounts due, settling accounts daily, and picking up company property and returns. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, making sure that all operations are conducted smoothly and efficiently. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 4:30 am, which allows for a structured work-life balance. The average pay for this position is approximately $100,239 per year, with additional perks such as a retention bonus of $4,500, which is paid out in increments over two years. On your first day, you will receive $125 for new safety shoes, and uniforms will be provided. In your first year, you can earn up to two weeks of paid time off, increasing to three weeks in the following year. Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on an assigned route.

• Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.

,

• 1-3 years of general work experience required.

,

• Valid Class A Driver's License required and Clean MVR.

,

• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.

,

• Local delivery experience preferred.

,

• Experience delivering packaged goods within a local market area, including driving on local streets and navigating busy parking lots.

• Familiarity with DOT regulations.

,

• Demonstrated understanding of how to check a load for accuracy and stability.

,

• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.

,

• Ability to operate a two- or four-wheel dolly.

,

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

,

• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail or consumer goods delivery.
