Virtual Tele Chat Support
We are seeking a Virtual Tele Chat Support representative to provide exceptional customer service through virtual chat support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via virtual chat
- Provide product information and support to customers
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Assist with customer feedback collection and analysis
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in typing and computer skills
- Experience with virtual chat support tools is a plus
