We don't have long-term contracts, forcing us to put our clients first and get them results month after month.Content Writing Role: As an SEO Content Writer, your role is to write compelling, conversion-focused content that ranks on Google. Today, the SEO agency world is crowded with hyper-growth agencies doing the following:

• Overpromising and under-delivering
• Publishing huge amounts of garbage AI content on their clients’ sites
• Churning and burning both clients and team members at the sake of “growth”

Many of our clients have worked with the types of SEO agencies above and have felt 1) taken advantage of, 2) like SEO “doesn’t work” and 3) like we’re their final shot. Therefore, we have to go above & beyond to show our clients that we truly care about their business and success. Our clients pay us their hard-earned money every month to get them results, and we don’t take that lightly. As an SEO Content Writer for SEO Growth Partners, we want to be different from how other SEO companies create content by creating people-first, valuable content that ranks and converts. Your responsibilities: You will split your time between writing content for our website and our clients’ websites. You will write 3 types of content: 1. Landing pages for different services or products: This type of content requires finesse, leveraging punchier headlines and shorter written content. 2. Long-form article content: This type of content requires comprehensiveness and space for storytelling, connecting with the reader at a deep level. 3. Google Business Profile Posts: This type of content is solely for Google’s algorithm to crawl, analyze, and determine expertise.These responsibilities involve being able to:

• Research and write informative and engaging content on various topics relevant to our clients' industries.
• Optimize content for SEO using keywords, metadata, and other techniques to improve search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with overall business goals.
• Utilize tools such as Google Drive, Asana, and Slack.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role in a digital marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and excellent writing skills.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to synthesize information from various sources into clear, concise writing.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Training Expectations:

• You will have a 2-month probationary period in which you will receive paid training and execute real client deliverables. During this time, our team will provide detailed feedback and coaching.
• After the 2-month probationary period, you will be expected to write client deliverables with minimal coaching.

Salary and Hours:

• Content is paid at a flat rate per piece. The average hourly wage, based on content writer feedback, ranges from $24-29/hour.
• Expectation of an average of two articles a week minimum. No set hours as long as the content is delivered on the correct due date.
