Why you’ll love the job... As a Member Success Representative at Honeyfund, you will work with the Member Success team to respond to member support requests and create and maintain comprehensive documentation. Working towards our mission, to make the honeymoon happen for all couples. Job responsibilities include…
- Respond to inbound member support requests via email, chat, text, or telephone, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage member interactions and document solutions effectively.
- Other duties as assigned
Why we’ll love you…
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, with a preference for experience in eCommerce transactions.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Apple/Mac and Google Workspace apps (Docs, Sheets, etc.), are essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and a professional, proactive work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and informative documentation.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, and experience with Kustomer and Confluence would be advantageous.
