Fueled by artificial intelligence (AI), our platform simplifies data creation through embedded analytics, offering customers person-centered data that leads to measurable enhancements in residents' quality of life, transformative outcomes for staff, and a complete redefinition of senior living operations. Department Summary The Data Quality Department processes information submitted by communities into usable data points about residents. This person-centered data drives engagement and provides invaluable insight that improves residents' quality of life. The Data Quality Department utilizes best practices of data cleaning, mining and quality assurance to ensure only high confidence data is available for use by end users. Contract Summary The Data Entry / Editor verifies mined data points are accurately placed in resident profiles and ensures all Quality of Life metrics are represented in line with the resident’s intentions. The Data Entry / Editor is responsible for ensuring all person-centered data created is ready for use within Minerva and all corresponding TSOLife tools. Time Commitment 40 hours weekly TSOLife Primary Contact Data Quality Manager Key Responsibilities ➢ Cross checks data mining of written or verbal interviews is uploaded accurately into profiles, or stories, as assigned. ➢ Logs accurate time for each ticket. ➢ Maintains turnaround time standards as assigned. ➢ Maintains minimal error rate per month. ➢ Maintains adherence to TSOLife person-centered data entry standards and formatting guidelines ➢ Follows all Data Quality Department established processes and procedures ➢ Participates in Weekly Editor Meeting and assigned training sessions ➢ Adheres to all applicable laws and regulations related to Protected Health Information Qualifications ➢ Perfect English Grammar ➢ Exceptional attention to detail ➢ Ability to focus and perform time-based tasks ➢ Self-Directed ➢ Able to work Independently and collaborate in a remote work environment ➢ Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply knowledge and creativity to resolve standard and complex issues ➢ Basic professional communication skills, written and verbal ➢ Excellent typing skills ➢ Moderate to high comfort with technology including messaging, video conferencing, workflow, and database tools If you would like to be considered for this position, please submit your application and complete these pre-employment assessments: https://app.testgorilla.com/s/4ft1gmvb Applicants who do not take complete these assessments will not be considered.
