Perform and assist with training new team members on the following functions: Review, analyze and triage legal claims and documents received by Legal and Community Litigation teams. Use Airbnb and Community Litigation tools to research and identify responsive users. Intake and update Community Litigation matters within the Community Litigation matter management system. Analyze and summarize claims for attorneys and Community Litigation team. Assist attorneys and paralegals with notification of users, compliance with third party subpoenas. Assist with online matter document management (Box). Assist with law firm and vendor (arbitration) billing. Assist with documentation of these processes to be used for training future team members performing these duties.
