Senior Investment Analyst

Description:

• Own monthly forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking for B2B revenue lines.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and BD teams to evaluate growth initiatives and develop financial models.
• Lead month-end close analysis, provide variance commentary, and contribute to executive reporting.
• Serve as the finance liaison to third-party B2B partners.
• Develop and maintain detailed merger models to support transaction evaluation.
• Conduct in-depth company valuations using DCF, comparable company analysis, and other methodologies.
• Coordinate internal diligence efforts across functions and synthesize findings for decision-making.
• Create investment memos, board materials, and executive presentations to communicate deal rationale and risks.
• Track and refine the M&A pipeline; support the development of our M&A framework and post-close integration playbook.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA, CPA, or MBA a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate development, or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; mastery of Excel required, experience with PowerPoint, Slack, and Google Slides.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest or experience in fintech, crypto, or digital assets is a plus.
